This system exists and operates in the Land and Soil jurisdiction.
It currently provides most of the services and functions found on other document publishing platforms you are familiar with (such as the Federation LRO system), as of January 2026.

The design of the ASN LRO removes most of the member limitations found on other systems, which in turn can greatly reduce work load for Officials, and includes several additional features and services which are not available on any other system.

What’s the main difference between the ASN LRO and other systems, such as the Federation LRO?

The Federation LRO was built to support State and Region Assemblies in recording and publishing operations for Assembly members and requires Assembly authorized Recording Officials to perform key functions on behalf of the member.
The ASN LRO was built to support the living people for the same recording and publishing operations but without the requirement of being associated with an Assembly, if the member so chooses, and removes most restrictions placed on members by other systems, thereby giving the member control of their own documents and record… as it should be!

Cursory FAQ

(Q) Is this system part of or associated with TASA (The American States Assemblies) or the TASA Federation?
(A) No. It is a completely separate system but it was created with the same goal.

(Q) I have a document publishing account on another system, can I have one here too?
(A) Certainly, yes.
In fact, if you have an account on the Federation LRO and if you choose to create an account on this system, during the account creation process this system can attempt to import all of your private data (that which is your private property) from the Federation LRO system, if you so choose, but you must use the same email address and password on the account creation form.
(The import process will also attempt to import your image files and any document(s) you have on the Federation LRO.)
Furthermore, if your account on the Federation LRO is marked as “Verified” your new account here will also be marked “Verified” and thereby allow you to begin immediately publishing your documents on this system.

(Q) Do the State Assemblies recognize member accounts or documents published on the ASN LRO system?
(A) That’s a trick question.
If you study Anna von Reitz’s Articles you will notice she states documents can be published in any publicly accessible venue; for example: library, courthouse, newspaper, etc.
So, it isn’t a matter of whether an Assembly recognizes or accepts any particular system. It is only a matter of whether you accept it. The State Assemblies can’t lawfully reject someone as a State National based on where the member chooses to publish.

(Q) Is the ASN LRO as safe and secure as the Federation LRO?
(A) Absolutely! Also far less susceptible to plugin authors generating code bugs!

The Federation LRO is built on top of the popular WordPress ecosystem and employs several plugins for various frontend and backend operations, any one of which can (and has on occassion) cause problems due to plugin code updates.

The ASN LRO uses the WordPress core (for consistent asthetics) with 1 plugin to standardize content loading, 1 plugin to support Officials account management operations and 0 (zero) plugins to support member operations.
Instead of utilizing WordPress plugins, ASN LRO utilizes custom code to handle all system operations.
This lack of plugin usage results in significantly faster page loads.
For comparison, when logged-in Officials or members are loading a member record typical page load times (for same record):

Federation LRO: ~14 seconds (with server cache)
ASN LRO: ~5 seconds (without server cache)

When casual viewers (someone not logged-in) load a member record the load time is approximately half the times shown above.

(Q) Why would I create an account and publish documents on ASN LRO system?
(A) The primary reasons we hear from most people are;

the member has far more control over their account, and
the Live Credentials feature… which is not found on any other system (as of 2026).
(some Officials have mentioned enjoying the reduce workload)

Additional reasons you might find ASN LRO attractive:

Once a member is verified to qualify as a State National that member can then upload and publish their own documents.
Publishing fee is based on file size and is typically less expensive than all other systems currently available … for the same size files.
Uploading/publishing documents can be as large as 90MB.
Each document has it’s own Record Number and Recorded by fields.
Most fields support accent characters. (e.g.: Gómez).
Members can “associate” their account to other ASN LRO members in a relationship manor of Father, Mother, Daughter, Son.
Secure and private peer-to-peer video chat for Official <--> Member usage (and soon Member to anyone usage).
Assemblies which have their own Credentials printer can “partner” with ASN LRO and register as a card producer.
Each Assembly can design their own Credentials layout, if they choose, or use a standard layout.
Credentials layouts can include up to 2 barcodes (PDF417) or QR codes (or 1 of each), which can be located on front and/or back of cards.
Members can choose from any system registered card producer for the production of physical Credential cards and layout (depending on their chosen producer) and see preview from available producers layouts.
Members can choose physical Credential card or Live Credentials, or both.
Live Credentials are dynamically produced “on-the-fly”, and with full text resizing (not simply rescaling) to fit the size of the screen with little to no image/text pixelation (depending on uploaded member image quality).
Live Credentials barcodes/QR codes are easily scannable 4 – 8 inches away from your mobile device screen. When viewing Live Credentials on desktop computer monitor, the barcodes/QR codes can easily be scanned from several feet away.
